Another way to take advantage of having an offshore company is to invest in offshore property. The advantages of investing offshore are that:

• You can avoid inheritance taxes, and
• Allow you to sell shares rather than the property itself

You simply obtain funds, typically through a mortgage, and then purchase property in the name of your company. Whatever you loaned to your company via the mortgage, will be free from taxes.
